f you've got an MP3 player (who doesn't these days?) and want to pump the tunes through your MINI stereo system then this is what you need. Simple, clean installation using all factory MINI parts guarantees a perfect fit. Harness plugs directly into the back of the MINI radio while a 'dongle' can mounted just about anywhere within about 40 inches. The simple input jack is much like a standard headphone jack, so just run the correct cord (available from any Radio Shack, etc.) out of the MP3 player, Ipod or any other portable systems headphone jack and into the MINI Auxiliary port and you're set. Compatible with most MINI factory installed radio. IMPORTANT** This does not work with any 02 MINI's that have the factory radio installed, sorry!
